On the ground floor apartment which is on the same level as the pool, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. This house offers everything that the maisonette offers, except for the dishwasher. This apartment can accommodate four people, but it is possible to add two additional beds, as well as a baby cot on request. Each room has air conditioning and for the winter season there is also a central heating system.
The pool area offers absolute privacy and has a wonderful panoramic view of both the village of Ancient Epidaurus and the Saronic Gulf. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, pool towels, beach towels and many inflatable pool toys are also available. Around the pool there are trees with oranges and mandarins that you can enjoy their juices.
