Our house consists of two independent apartments with independent entrances, one apartment on the same level with the pool of 86 sqm and one maisonette of 180 sqm. Due to the lack of connection with internal stairs, it is an ideal choice for groups of friends, large families or guests travelling with staff. Complete privacy, a few minutes away from Ancient Epidaurus and its famous theatre, the romantic town of Nafplion and much more!
The maisonette has a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a bathroom with shower. The elegant furniture is beautifully combined, while the sea views are breathtaking from both inside and outside the house.On the upper level there is a master bedroom with bathroom, a twin bedroom and an additional bathroom with bathtub. On both levels there are large balconies with beautiful and comfortable furniture.
The maisonette can accommodate 4 persons, but it is possible to add an extra bed with an anatomical mattress and a baby cot upon request.
In the maisonette you will find high quality linen , towels, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, coffee machines, teapots, and everything you may need to have a pleasant stay.
All rooms have air conditioning. For the winter season, there is also a central heating system and wood is provided for the fireplace.
